Our projects consist of one to five acres of land and 8,000 to 20,000 SF of pure retail space plus out-parcels for banks / restaurants, etc. Our tenants are a complementary mix of national and regional credit tenants as well as local community tenants. The signature features of our projects are prime locations (heavy traffic counts, high visibility and excellent access), quality site plan design and superb building architecture. We focus on creating “branded real estate” opportunities for credit tenants.
