Land Size:	1 to 5 acres
Markets:	Southeast
Locations:	Prime locations only, with heavy traffic counts, high visibility, excellent accessibility and strong demographics. We have a preference for infill sites.
Zoning:	We will handle all zoning approvals and building permitting
